What the BBC says about Pork Sausages…

The link below gives a brief but well-rounded guide to the pork sausage. I saw this and liked it particularly because it highlights the huge differences in sausage quality, stating that concerning good and bad sausages “often the only thing these two extremes have in common is their shape”.
