McWhinneys Traditional Irish Pork Sausage and Mushroom Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
350g dried pasta
250g mushrooms
6 cooked McWhinneys Traditional Irish Pork Sausages
1 med. Onion
500ml prepared béchamel (white sauce)
100ml full fat milk
Grated cheese for top
Preparation method:
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Chop mushrooms, sausage and onion, fry in a little bit of olive oil, add béchamel sauce and extra milk, and stir through. Stir sauce mixture into cooked pasta. Place in baking dish, top with cheese. Set oven to 180oC/gas 4. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browning.
