Beef Sausages:

What we are renowned for. Following great grandfather Hugh McWhinney’s original and closely guarded recipe, our beef sausages are made with 80% lean meat and turned out into natural casings. The key a hearty fry or the perfect bangers and mash.

Our Premium Pork Sausages :

We’ve been making these since the 50’s. We use 80% lean pork meat, mildly spiced and turn them out into natural lamb casings. Smooth textured with a finish that entices another bite.

They’re a brilliant sausage in a bap snack.

Great for frying, grilling and perfect for a winter Bar-b-que

Pork & Leek

These never last long on our trays. Using the same recipe as for our Premium Pork Sausages we then add freshly cut leeks and hand mix them in.

Thick Pork Sausages

Our largest sausages impress those with big appetites. They’re real humdingers and can be enjoyed grilled, fried or roasted.
